Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia and 14-21 working days delivery overseas, depending on the destination. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. We suggest delivery direct to your office or workplace. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Please note freight costs apply to selected orders and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout. Pricing below includes GST for Australian delivery and excludes GST for International delivery.

Australian Delivery

  • Orders under $50.00 freight is $9.90
  • Orders between $50.01 & $99.99 freight is $13.95
  • Orders over $100.00 freight is $17.95

International Delivery

  • Orders under $50.00 freight is $19.95
  • Orders between $50.01 & $99.99 freight is $29.95
  • Orders over $100.00 freight is $39.95

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for 3rd party delays, such as freight company delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods and a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you). We are also not responsible for any customs charges or other additional fees associated with the delivery of your order. Returns and Refunds

To return an item, please contact us via Email so we can provide you with relevant documentation and a Return Authority Number to return items.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed and in re-sellable condition. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.

We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How soon will my order be shipped?

A range of items available are in stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Some products however are ordered as required from our suppliers. While this will not impact our specified delivery timeframes, we may experience some delivery delays at times. We will notify you of any potential delays and in some cases, you may receive part shipment of your order with any remaining items to follow.

How will my order be shipped?

Australian orders will be delivered by Star Track Express or Australian Air Express. To Western Australia deliveries are made with Bohaul Express. International orders are delivered to you by DHL and there freight partners.
