Tasting Note: Austere nose, with a slight spice character. Broad, medium length palate – light bodied but with depth of flavour and character. This is a Classic Peurto Rican style, low in aromatics with a dry flavour and finish. Best mixed when a dry result is required. 37.5% alc./vol.
