The cool Gippsland climate is easily one of Australia’s best Pinot Noir producing regions and with pilot turned winemaker John Ellis at the helm, his Pinot soars to new heights. A seductive bright ruby glow helps paint the picture of what’s inside the bottle, with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and orange peel giving way to a complex bouquet showing damp earth, cedar and notes of subtle, spicy oak. A slice of Burgundian brilliance in our own backyard.
