Besserat De Bellefon Brut Grande Tradition
All the know-how of this great champagne house can be found in this Brut champagne. A bright and intense champagne, with delicate and persistent bubbles. Chadonnay dominates, yielding an expressive floral nose, where elegance meets soft rose notes. This fresh champagne is ample and well structured on the palate. Everything is in perfect balance.
It combines the power of the Pinot with hints of strawberry and honey flavours. The finish is long and full-bodied. Moreover, its price is very attractive!
Incredible Value. 90/100 Wine Spectator
The house of Besserat de Bellefon was founded in 1843 near Ay in Champagne, and is now based in Epernay. The hallmark of the house is the lower than normal pressure that the wine is kept at under cork. This lower than normal pressure does not reduce the effervescence, but softens it, allowing the wine to partner better with food.
