Longhop Old Vine Shiraz
Tim Freeland and Domenic Torzi source precious Adelaide Plains old vine survival plantings from the 1950s.
Coupled with their non-interventional approach to winemaking, Longhop wines are lush, generous and full of flavour.
With this Shiraz expect full bodied flavours of dark black fruits, spiced chocolate and firm fine tannins. Food match with roast and grilled beef, lamb, vegetables and hard cheeses.
It’s our favourite shiraz & great value!
