A multi-vintage blend of 42% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 22% Meunier, Collection 243 comprises;
- 56% of wine from the 243rd Roederer harvest in 2017
- 34% Réserve Perpétuelle stored in stainless steel vats – a 50:50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir from vintages 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016, with no malolactic fermentation
- 10% Reserve wines aged in large oak tuns – a mix of vintages 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 from single vineyard and single varietal Cristal vineyards.

Description
Louis Roederer is a producer of champagne based in Reims, France. Founded in 1776, the business was inherited and renamed by Louis Roederer in 1833. It remains as one of the few independent and family-run maisons de champagne (champagne houses). Over 3.5 million bottles of Louis Roederer champagne are shipped each year to more than 100 countries.
