Lemon sherbet, lime curd, white peach, wet stone, white florals, together with some roasted hazelnuts. There are some gentle oak aromas by the way of brioche just to round out the package. A collage of citrus, stone and tropical fruit flavours are supported by quenching lemony acidity, together with a mineral lick, and generous texture from the lees work. This is a delicious Chardonnay with hallmark Pennon Hill qualities exhibiting great varietal definition and regional expression.
