Pooley Butcher’s Hill Pinot Noir
Brooding notes of dark cherry, cardamom spice and undergrowth on the nose. The wine exhibits a lovely balance of umami and red fruits underscored by notes of mushroom, cured meat, cherries and bramble on the palate. Finely boned tannin, a lively acid, and a bright future ahead.
