A pale colour leads to a beautifully expressive and enticing wine with aromas of biting into a fresh pear with a musky, spicy lift. There’s intensity, precision and energy to the fruit that is hard to ignore. The palate is then bright and fresh, with crisp acidity plus a touch of sweetness with that fresh pear fruit now offset by more savoury gentle lees influences before a drying, pithy finish.
