These King Valley winemakers have been making quite a name for themselves around the place, thanks to their authentically dry, pale and lightly bubbly Italian-style sparkling wine.

Prosecco has been creeping up on Champagne as the sparkling wine of choice in recent years, and with such beautifully made wines like this, it isn’t hard to see why it has snuck into cupboards and wine cellars everywhere. Salute!
