Delivery Charges

Please note freight costs apply to selected orders and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout. Pricing below includes GST for Australian delivery and excludes GST for International delivery.

Australian Delivery

  • All Victorian orders $13 flat rate
  • Interstate using Australia Post Starting at $15.75

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for 3rd party delays, such as freight company delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods and a country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements. Placing an order How to order through this website

  • Select the product you require by clicking on the product image. Items can be viewed via each category.
  • Fill in the quantity you wish to purchase and click the “Add to cart” button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
  • You may then click “View Cart” to finalise your order or “Keep Shopping” to continue purchasing other items.
  • To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the “X” icon in the “Cart Details” screen.
  • At any stage, you can click “View Cart” within the Shopping Cart Summary box (top right corner) to finalise your order.
  • To finalise your order, click on “Go to Checkout”.
  • Within checkout, once your contact and billing details are completed, please proceed to “Step 2” to finalise your payment. Your total amount payable is outlined at the bottom of the order form (freight is automatically included).
  • Once everything is confirmed, please click on the “Submit Order” button.

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If for any reason you have any problems processing your payment, your order should be saved in our system and we can finalise this manually for you. Please contact us. You will receive a notification email to confirm your order has been received.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Delivery Information

Delivery Times Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm. We do not delivery on the weekends.

Orders dispatched generally 24-48 hrs, some can take 72 hours if stock has become unavailable.

Please allow 7-10 working days, delivery within Australia and depending on the destination.  We suggest if buying for someone else contact numbers are needed.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and to if same day delivery can be made.

How will my order be shipped?

If items available are in stock and ready for dispatch within 24-72 hours

Orders will be delivered by Australian Post, Bike Courier or staff delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If the order was wrong or it’s not what wanted we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We will replace or refund your money, All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges.
