Great Pinosity on offer here, showing regional character and imbued with complexity found in the Adelaide Hills. There’s vivid strawberry and cherry aromas on the nose enhanced by an earthy intensity and a subtle whole bunch character. Great balance of sweet and savoury fruit on the palate with a complexing length that displays cleansing acidity with soft tannins and a lasting finish. Pair with your favourite mushroom dish.
