Epsilon, the fifth star of the Southern Cross constellation, is a great example of how a background star can come to the fore. With fruit that contributed to an intra-regional blend of fifth generation Barossa grape- growers Aaron and Julie Southern were inspired to make a wine that would reflect their Shiraz vineyard on the western slopes of the Barossa Valley. Aged in old & new French oak barrels, these wines are a true representation of the vineyard, wines drink well on release and will all benefit from short to medium term cellaring.
