This website is operated by The Melbourne Wine Store (ACN 653 281 746, ABN 60 864 422 418).  By accessing or using The Melbourne Wine Store Shop website ("this website"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) which form a legally binding contract between you and The Melbourne Wine Store.

This business holds Victoria Liquor Licence No. 31957682 and operates in accordance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic). It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalties exceeding $17,000). It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol (penalties exceeding $700).

Orders
Purchases made through our website are strictly limited to customers 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic).When placing an order as a gift, you must ensure that the intended recipient is 18 years of age or older. All orders, including those placed by phone, are accepted at the sole discretion of The Melbourne Wine Store. Once your order is approved, you will be issued a unique order reference number, confirming our acceptance of your purchase. Product availability, pricing, and vintages may change without notice. Any significant changes will be communicated before your order is processed. Product images are for reference only and may not reflect the exact vintage currently in stock. If you require confirmation, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Price & Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Discounts & Promotions
•  All promotions are automatically applied at checkout.

E-Gift Cards
•  Online gift cards are delivered by email.
•  Gift cards are issued in Australian Dollars and are valid for 1 years from purchase.
•  Treat gift cards like cash. Balances are not redeemable for cash and expire if unused.
•  Gift cards cannot be discounted or used with promotions.

Damage to computer or other device
We will take reasonable care in ensuring that our website is free from viruses or other dangerous content, however cannot guarantee that use of this website will not cause damage to your computer or other devises.
