Mark Bulman is a dead set genius when it comes to making rosé. I bought a case of this last year, and I’ll be doing the same this vintage. I drink more rosé than any other wine style. A bit of smoky cap gun over white cherry, fresh strawberry, white pepper and aniseed. It’s pure and fresh, so bright and energetic, but not at all tangy or abrasive, fine chalky texture, and a very long cool finish. Flat out delicious. You could drink gallons of it, and I most likely will.

Produced from high quality Grenache grapes grown in the Barossa, the 2020 release is a beautifully fragrant wine with rose petal and spice aromas followed by juicy strawberry fruit flavours that linger on the palate.
