xThe San Pietro range comprises three wines, Sparkling Brut, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir. The wines are produced by Underground Winemakers at their Mornington Peninsula winery. All wines reflect an uncompromising commitment to traditional and modern best practice viticulture. The grapes are sourced from old vine single variety vineyards, north facing with low crops. The grapes arrive back at underground with vibrant color and intense fruit flavours. The winemaking philosophy is minimalist and gentle, ensuring maximum fruit intensity, flavor and structure. Delicate use of oak complements grape-derived characters.
