The Cuvée de Chais — meaning 'blend of the cellar' — is a carefully crafted assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, drawn from select parcels to create a wine of remarkable complexity and finesse.
The 2022 vintage is deep ruby in colour with a refined bouquet of blackcurrant, red cherry, dried herbs, cedar, and subtle earthy minerality. The palate is elegant and structured with fine-grained tannins, vibrant natural acidity, and a long, savoury finish. A beautifully crafted cool-climate Cabernet blend of real depth and character.
