The Brut NV is produced using the traditional method, with extended lees ageing to develop complexity and a fine, persistent bead. Pale straw in colour with a delicate mousse, the wine delivers aromas of green apple, citrus zest and fresh brioche. The palate is crisp and well-balanced with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
