Jules Rosé Sec 2024 — IGP Méditerranée, France
Produced by Faulkner Wine at Le Grand Cros in the IGP Méditerranée appellation, Jules Rosé Sec is grown in a cool microclimate that lends the wine its signature brightness and freshness. The 2024 vintage is a beautifully expressive dry rosé — pale in colour with delicate salmon hues, and brimming with fresh stone fruit, white cherry, and a hint of citrus zest on the nose.
On the palate, this is everything a great Provençal-style rosé should be: dry, crisp, and refreshing, with a fine texture and a clean, lingering finish. Winemaker Julian Faulkner particularly recommends it alongside slightly spicy dishes — think Thai, Middle Eastern, or anything off the barbecue. It also shines as an aperitif or paired with seafood, cold meats, and salads.
At 12.5% alcohol and best served at 8–10°C, this is a wine built for long, easy afternoons and good company.
