Modello is produced in an environment that is particularly suited to viticulture and ideal the production of innovative wines with
a unique style. The vicinity of the Adriatic Sea and gentle Bora winds from the Gulf of Trieste help mitigate the climate and reduce moisture on the vineyard. Even the Dolomites affect climate, protecting our vineyards from the northern air currents.
Nothing is left to chance: we pay particular attention to the irrigation of our lands and exploit the wealth and richness offered by pure water springs.
