Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and ripe strawberries are followed by hints of anise, earth and spicy cedar. Light in body with a fresh elegant feel, flavours of red cherries and winter strawberries sit over some earth and spicy cedar. Vibrant, slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins and a modest aftertaste. Drink over the next 3-4 years.
