The 2023 vintage is deep ruby-crimson in colour with a classic bouquet of blackcurrant, dark plum, dried herbs, cedar, and subtle earthy minerality. The palate is full-bodied and structured with firm, ripe tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, savoury finish with lingering spice. A benchmark Heathcote Cabernet Sauvignon of real depth and regional character.
