xFrom a hip, more modern producer in the Veneto - the brothers Pasqua were inspired by Romeo & Juliet's Wall, a unique corner of the city of Verona, where they are headquartered. Famiglia Pasqua created these wines in the famed style of the region, Appassimento. The grapes are left to dry in the Fruttaio, a large, airy room for this purpose, thus obtaining a greater concentration of flavors and sugar in the now-raisinated grapes.
