Flavours of lemon pith and grapefruit with hints of pears and white stonefruit. Early hand-harvesting, wild yeast fermentation, grape solids, and regular battonage, have contributed texture, complexity and balance to the wine. All this makes for a wine with great flavour and texture which is restrained, complex and elegant.
